1624X PRINTING INCORRECT SIZE

Hello!

I'm having issues with my Mutoh 1624x printer not printing the correct size. Right now I'm trying to print corn hole board wraps so I need the print to be 48x24 on the dot. I just printed a set and they seem to come up short on the vertical end. I've tried messing with the size compensation option but all that does is throw off my cutter and then that ends up cutting way off.

Thank you in advance for any input!

It's not the "right" way to fix the problem, but the fastest way might be to trial and error making the rectangle a little longer until you get it just the size you want. Just print black rectangle outlines slightly longer than 48" in your software until they come out right and use that dimension.
