17x11 job pouch??

hi, years ago i had a 17x11 frosted pouch with flap and sealed-in white cardboard backer for stiffness and the front had an 8.5x11 pocket on the left and a smaller pocket on the right for media (like a zip drive... i know i know dating myself) My new job uses a lot of plans at 17x11 and I would love to be able to find something like this. Anyone got an idea or actually have these? Thanks -andy
