Quad Core-Shmad Core...The Pentium D is fast enough for what I
have to do.
I've been dabbling into newegg.com.....but their web pages are often
confusing

I bought it to run my printer and nothing else...........I have a 80gig and a 300gig waiting to install in it with XP on it......I think by what Ive read that I made a wise choice.......

I just couldn't see paying that much for a Quad.............


O'l well just call me a backwoods Hillbilly..............lol

You don't need quad core. I doubt any of the RIP software you'll be using utilizes more than two cores and you said that its only for printing so its not like you'll need to mutli task on it.
