Try flattening, and saving it as a 96 dpi tif with LZW compression at full size.

there shouldn't be a file in the world that needs to be 2.7 GB.
tell me about it, had a client tell me they setting up a wall mural and then sends me a dvd with this psb file 72ppi at full size that was 2.7gb
