While I don't have the years of experience that many of you have... I would imagine that you'd want to lay the maroon first, and then reverse the tan.... which in return "should" give you a longivity out of the sign, because this would elimainate any small cut letters a chance to fall off or be pilled off.

Correct... or am I way off on this thinking?
