2 font ID's

Hello everyone, I have searched for a good while, I even though I had the bottom text figured out but I cannot find these fonts. I know for certain I've seen the ARCTIC AIR font in my old computer but we upgraded and didn't keep some of the "freebie" fonts we had at the time to clean things up.

At any rate, Any help is appreciated and thank you!!

No good result for "of Northern Florida" unfortunately.

Fred, No joke, I thought the bottom text was a DNA font that I have and its the same style but wasn't it.
