2 fonts to id

[The Vector Doctor]

I was wondering if anyone knows the name of the "cancer" font and the arched "say it.." font. My guess is the bottom one is free but I cannot locate it from my usual sources

"Cancer" looks like Honey Script (ugh...in all caps)
