20 mil clear material like Static clean for reverse print

Gentlemen,

Can anyone point me to a material that is edge friendly that I can print on than add 3m adhesive to it?

I tried the convex reverse print, but when I run it through the machine it lifts from the backing so when die cutting it doesn't align.

I print the gerber static clean and that one stays on the backing.

Look into Gerber Lexedge. I'm not sure about 20 mil but we print on 10 mil polished/velvet regularly, and there is a gloss/clear version available.

Since I use it for helmets, I dont think thats going to work for us.
