24" colored printer and plotter

What would be a good 24" (or smaller) full color printer with cutter out there less expensive than the Gerber Edge ?
I gave a gerber Edge #1 but doesn't print full color at good quality, very dotted, and Gerber ink carriages
are very expensive to put 4 foils in..... I also have a 54" latex printer
but waste so much material on small fast jobs, Thanks
