3 Sided Banner Tower - Any MM's Sell these?

I have a few clients that have requested these 3 sided banner towers now, So I'm trying to find a MM or a wholesaler of the hardware so I can start producing these for them. I've found them on the net but I can only find retailers.

have you looked at orbus? not sure if they do them but if you phone them they'll let you know and they are wholesalers to the sign industry.

Thanks for all the input... Orbus is a no go but I'm checking into the RoseDisplays company now.
