1) Laser out of .063" aluminum. 2) Send to powdercoat 3) Apply numbers. 4) Collect check.

but that's just me your results could vary wildly...

get dibond/alumacor/etc. in varying finishes. has a black core color, that is easily engraved by a router.
engrave the numbers, route the shapes and BAM... your signs are finished when they come off the router table.
...heck, even give them a clear-coat if you like.

otherwise, i'd just route .090 aluminum plate and apply digitally printed graphics.

....and a lotta work? hardly. 322 signs is nothing. should be fun, if anything, counting the $$$ you're making on each one should be a BLAST!

This is the kind of job that you really would serve yourself well calling the guys over at supersigns.biz for. They are merchant members here (last I checked) they will die cut for free and they do an awesome job.

Work Smart, Not Hard. Has always been my motto.

I very well may be in the wrong forum, if so my apologies. I'm sure Fred will guide me to where I need to be, sorry Fred.

I have a customer that needs 322 individually numbered oval car port signs, 5" x 7". I have some ideas of how I can do this, but they suck.

Anybody out there have any advice?

I am thinking aluminum?

We'd be glad to make these for you. Give Shaila, Ricky or Meg a call at 801-483-9465 or sales@vmutah.com

Thanks,
Nate
