36" Optically Clear Laminate

DL Signs

Never go against the family
Orafol 290 used to be pretty reasonably priced in narrower rolls, comes in 36".
I haven't used that in a long time, so it could be just as ridiculously expensive as everything else now.

Looks like Oraguard 290 is over $400 for a 36" roll. We buy the 30" Oraguard as it has been more widely available. Grimco Offers Briteline WrapCast Overlaminate in Optically Clear - a 54" roll is about the same price as the mentioned 290, but for about $20 Grimco will slice the rolls to 36" and 18". We have them cut 54" rolls down to four 13.5" rolls all the time. Supposed to be 3M being sold off brand. We use often and have had not issues.

What characteristics do you need? If it is just for perf or something flat, I can provide you an optically clear polyester laminate that would do the trick.

Thanks for the suggestions. I'll check with Grimco, used to use their calendared lam for stuff and it would hold up for +5 years in outdoor conditions. Polyester won't work as most of our perf is for vehicles, and some of those back windows have some serious curve to them.

I have 3 year optically clear laminates for perf. The problem is the yield. 54"x100' rolls are $355.55 and 60"x100' rolls are $395. If you can live with 30" then you'll be saving a ton of money.
