375 envision

Does anyone out there know about the plotter 375 envision skipping letters randomly 7 vibrating eratically at times & seems to hit when it comes up harder then usual. I have to cut 3 times to make sure it has cut everything just wondering if anyony dealt with this issue. Thanks if you have & would give me a call I would appreciate it. Thanks Keith

How old is the plotter?

Has the firmware been updated to the latest version?

What software are you using?

Your problem could be as simple as cleaning and lubing to a bad blade holder to a complete tool head module.
