3D sign display help

I have a client that has turned an old ice cream parlor into a pub. On the outside it has the old display of a giant spinning ice cream cone and was wanting to remove the cone and put on a spinning shot glass. So my question is where could I get a giant 2 foot plus acrylic shot glass made??
