Havent tried this specific but others similar....if you are struggling, possibly because it isnt a digitally printable film. Doesnt mean impossible but......
 
I can print on this material just fine. My problem is that because of the heat I get alot of shrinking and warping in the material. I was trying to see what others used So I could get an idea if there was some better values to use.

Keep in mind the above temps might still produce a wavy or slightly wrinkly print on the 3M reflective, but once applied to an aluminum blank using a roller applicator, it sits flat just fine.
