Have a customer wanting this material any tips for my 8600?

What tips do you need? The 8600 cuts it fine, the only different setting you'd need is cutting pressure higher since its thicker. It'll read the marks fine. You can always do a dry run with the blade holder removed if you're worried - but we've done rolls of this stuff and it works fine.

That's what I was wondering, if it could cut it. Do I use a 60 blade or 45 is ok?

45 is fine. It's not much thicker than vinyl.
