3M 8518 overlam issue PLEASE HELP

I've encountered an issue with 3M's 8518 laminate. Clear vinyl panels were labeled using pre-mask tape. When the tape was removed it left a textured mark on the laminate. I've tried applying heat to the surface with no avail. Any insight into possible fixes would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance for any help!

We have had the same issue here. Heat has always taken it away. Sometimes it has taken heat & time.

Fixed!

My colleagues and I found that if we heated the affected area with an electric heat gun from 2-4" away for about 2.5 mins the textured area flattened out. :rock-n-roll:
