3m can and will make customized products, we do it with them all the time.

You'd probably need to buy 30-50 rolls at a time though.... And it's not as cheap as off the shelf products, as well it can take up to a month to produce.

Try to find an off the shelf product that works.... If you can't and buying 30+ rolls is an option, hit me up and I'll see what the cost would be for you.
