3M free hardhat offer

I saw the post on here to get a free hardhat from 3M. I did the filling out and got it in today. Pretty cool! After 25 minutes of the damn suspension not fitting in its slots and finally getting them all in and placing on head to adjust 3 of them popped out. I don't know what the great hoohaw was about this but hell I can go to harbor freight and get one for $6 allready put together and save myself this hell.

Any of yall have trouble getting the suspesion to pop into the hat itself? I made sure it was down as far as it can go. Maybe I should run tapscrews threw it and that will hold it on. I checked some reviews on the hat and it seemed others had same issues

I posted the original link. I got my hat and didn't have any issues.

I agree it was a bit wierd to figure out how to put it together, but once all together the thing floats on your head like nothin'

It entertains me more sir when its someone else BUT things should not that difficult and the instructions were not clear. I finally downloaded a video off youtube that explained it
