We make large format cut-graphics (not printed) vehicle stripes that are precut and end-user installed. They are not wraps an most are wet apply.
We were using Oracal 951, but our customers were having too many install errors (bubbles, wrinkles, etc...) and we had a couple quality issues small brown spots appearing on the metallics.
We switched most solid colors to 3M 7125 with 3M SCPM-3 transfer tape and everyone loves it - not a single issue yet .. and customers will pay a premium just because they see the 3M name.
Is there a quality 3M material to use for metallics (such as silver metallic)? I see the 180c & 1080 which are dry apply. The only other 3M cast metallic is Gerber 220. Is there anything else?
