3x5 led how much?

Recently hired a guy that built most of the sign in our area with a competiting company well he's wanting us to start building led signs as well and I have no idea how to price them or anything of that nature

We have someone interested in a 3ft x 5ft extruded aluminum single face sign that will be built from scratch what would something like this go for on retail end looks like build cost is around a grand and new guy says they get 3 to 5 grand for them?
