4' or 5' wood or plastic sign stakes.

I need to find a supplier for either wood or plastic stakes that we use for our real estate signs. I need 4' & 5' lengths. I know they're out there, anybody got a source for them? My local supplier for the wooden ones just closed his doors.

I can't believe that Montgomery, Alabama was the only place on the planet that used these stakes. Anybody got anything?

Real-A-Stake in Birmingham was owned by the same people the were local to me. They closed them both. Supposedly there's an old guy in Hoover making them by hand but he doesn't make many and he stays booked up doing work for his regular customers.

I have never used them for signs, but they look like survey stakes for marking out
construction projects. I have metal ones for laying out buildings that look just like that.
Check a contractor supplier (don't bother with home depot types).

I can find contractor stakes but they're always unpainted pine. These are hardwood, with holes at the top and slots in the center and they're painted white. Me drilling and painting them is not an option.

I'd really love to find a supplier for the plastic ones. They're out there but dang if I can find them.

Talked to them, they don't actually manufacture them, they have them made. I've got a sneaking suspicion that she's using the same supplier I was. Maybe i need to shut down the sign business and get in the wooden stake business.

Maybe that's not what it really is..... it looks more like test strips and #2 pencils.............

I never saw anything like those stakes before, the only thing I have seen and used are the wooden arm stakes for Coldwell Banker, couldn't you use the U-channel post, they sell them everywhere.
