As a print broker, I've tried to use 4Over many times but have found their pricing to be to too high. I get a much better deal from DFS, Navitor and Ennis for commercial printing. For large format, I've been using B2Sign in LA and recently found a great company in India that has very competitive prices on large format and ships via Fedex faster and cheaper than anyone I've found in the US. I'm using them more and more for backdrops, banner stands, etc. and am giving them a test order of a booklet job to run after Christmas. I even have a dedicated rep in India who manages everything!
