510g vinyl banner material.

Hi everyone,

Just got a roll of 510g Vinyl banner material. First of all, there is a dent on the roll and it lasts for meters after. Is it normal?

Then i tried a small print on the material, using 720 x 720 dpi. The dark area looks like the ink is accucould not stick on, therefore it creates a faint white line. Is it also normal?

Please see attachments for both problems. I would be grateful if anyone can give me some advices about those issues.

I don't care what kind of material it is. If you received it damaged, send it back. Of course it's not supposed to have a dent in it.
