does anyone have a source for colored sheets of 5x10 .040 aluminum

Just spray a white sheet. Wet sand it with 500 paper and spray it with
Mathews paint. Do it all the time with custom colors.

Don't know where you're located, but we buy colors from the race car supply shops. In our area it's Rocket Race cars or Dave Poske's Performance. 5x10, 0.40 color one side, white the other side. Colored side has a layer of plastic to protect it.

This is the same material used to make the bodies on late models, modifieds and other circle track cars.
