6 mil

I have printed on this 6 mil material before with no worries, but for some reason this roll is not. It is bowing up so teh head hits the material and rubs ink on it, i have tried high heat high vacuum and teh opposite,,any suggestions? thanks

make good and sure its feeding perfectly straight. skewed media will cause a head strike usually in the middle to left side of the print.

What material is it and what printer do you own?

VERSACAMM 300 v...offbrand 6 mil? i have used it before..
