6042 Mkiie Error

Hey Guys,
I'm having a problem with my printer since today. Powered it on and did a nozzle recovery test print to check if there were any missing nozzles. and the Clear ink didn't print.
i was going to do a small clear print to see if the problem would get solved, but i got an error "can't print / head error"

and on power on i'm now getting this error:

anyone knows how to get this fixed?
i've asked for assistance, specially since the machine is still under warranty (got it last october) but if it's something that i can solve, i can save the downtime.

It's a problem with the head circuit. You can try unplugging the head cable and reinstalling but if you're under warranty, I'd let the tech do it. There's a possibility you need a new head or head bower board.

Tech just left. Turned out it needed a new printhead.
