700W stuck preparing for sleep mode?

Has anyone experienced your 700W/800W getting stuck on preparing for sleep mode? The only way to get it unstuck is a hard reset. We are running Flexi Complete for RIP. My gut tells me its something that Flexi's Production manager is causing, perhaps an IP issue? We do have static IP's for our HP Latex machines, but perhaps I dont have something configured right. Searched the web for a solution but did not find anything related.

Did you ever get this resolved?

No and I am still not any closer to figuring out the hangup. Firmware and flexi is up to date and still get stuck trying to sleep.
I doubt it is Flexi because I am seeing the same behavior with it connected to the Caldera RIP. Seems that if it is left on over the week end it will stuck in sleep mode. I changed the timer, will see if that makes any difference.

Curious what's the start of your serial number MY** ?
You ever get any errors? Might need to check the log for silent errors.
