Can you use a 1-AMP 250 -Volt Fuse to replace the [h=1]750ma/125v ?[/h](Not sure what 750ma stands for ?)

If you are going to replace it with a fuse that is not intended for the machine (which I do not recommended) you would want to use one with a lower voltage requirement as it would blow (too easily) to protect the electronics. If you use a higher rated one you could/will cause more damage to the most expensive parts of your machine.
