79:04 on 560

hey all hope someone may have insight into this one. downloaded a new backlit profile on my 560. after syncing it, i am now getting a 79:04 error everytime i send a job over. any thoughts??

That's a firmware error, have you made sure you're up to date?

It's possible that the profile only works on a certain firmware version, which sounds odd but definitely possible.

i believe i am. its strange because other profiles are working fine. switched media and ran a job just to test and all seems to be well there? i am wondering if this is profile related?

You could try sending the job with different settings in your RIP, apparently that can help.

What rip are you using?

Sometimes with Onyx profiles get corrupted and we have to clear them and resync from the printer.

Does it get the error immediately or after a little bit while it is warming up?
