I'm assuming the "answer your call in 90 seconds or less" isn't in play at Feller's anymore.
and i thought you were having some other kind of problem..............
Why would you want reps stopping by???
agreedMy Fellers Rep stops by around once a month or 6 weeks which is cool. He usually brings samples of stuff he thinks I might like and asks questions about ways they may need to meet my needs. Grimco Reps have only been by twice, but they call EVERY FRIDAY after they send out the email blast of their Friday Specials. I've had a very positive experience with Fellers ever since I started using them. Very rarely have they messed up on anything and they are always willing to price match stuff. I'm sure they are like many other companies, they get really busy in the morning and you may have to wait a bit. You can always order on their answering machine or have them call you back if you don't want to sit there on hold. Some area reps may suck...just complain about them, and you'll probably get a new rep.
