A-Frame sidewalk signs...5 days from everywhere?

I had a customer who wanted a sandwich board with dry erase panels and a metal frame by this Friday. Our salesman, naturally, said "no problem". Meanwhile, I have run into brick wall after brick wall trying to get these in stock. Most vendors I've found that sell metal A-Frames can't ship them out for at least 5 business days.

Am I missing something, or is there no supplier with an inventory of these in the US?
