First, let me say, I really appreciate all the participation and sharing of knowledge in these forums. As someone who is still "very green" and learning every day, it's refreshing to see. So far, all of my training has been trial and error, mixed with research on the web.
In the shop that I work in, it's one of about five full-time jobs that I have. I'm also the IT guy, product tech, and a few other things. So, I suppose you can say that I do the best I can with the time and tools I have.
