Sc and CJ -500 are supposed to be the same but in my machine wich is SC-500 i don't have a Crop mark menu and neither a crop mark ajust thing can someone give it back lol

my cropmark sensor is working when i do the "sensor check" prints crop mark ok but since i got the machine never used it cause never got to get it working and the SUPER tech who came to show us the machine (we never had a printer before) probably knew less than us then ... should of asked for a certificate from Roland
How can it be erased from an original menu? or is it not there but how can we use it
