I tried 'what the font' and nothing remotely close was suggested- does anyone know what it might be, and where I could get it, ot just get that line vectorised, at all, please?

It's OK, it's Lucida handwriting, with a bad stretch in it.

Thanks, Fred- I knew as soon as I'd posted the pic, I'd go relooking & figure it out...someone has bad taste in distortions though- Lucida's not my favourite at the best of times, but with the bits flying away from the dot on the i & the top of the d in different directions, it looks even worse being stretched out.
