first thing i noticed was the banding.................then the tag!!! .....lol

It might be one of those tri message displys with the rotating triangle pieces...

nope thats banding. i used to work below a billboard and whenever clear channel came by to swap them out they would have to park a bucket truck in front of our shop. All the prints were always banded and VERY pixelated but when they are up high you would not notice.
