Adding a vinly logo to a "perforated" sun shade

I was wondering if anyone has add a vinyl to a roll up sun chade made of perforated materialL

Guess you could do it and then sit and poke out every hole...

I am thinking to do the same thing. I will laminate the perf and then I have to add lettering (oracal 651).
I gotta do this because of the customer afraid that the small text won't be readable on the perf.
