adhesive for mounting acrylic letters onto alumabond

Hi all
this is my first post so be gentle. can i please get some advice on how to mount laser cut acrylic letters onto alumabond. this will be on a 4x8 outdoor sign that will be in northern canada. temperature ranges from -40 to +35C.(not sure what that is in F).

I would be using screws from the back with that temp fluctuation, in addition to any of a few chemical fasteners

are the acrylic letters thick enough for a flush stud mount? I'd go with that for studs rather than letters that have a pad mount so they aren't raised off the face of the panel but flush to it. you have acrylic and aluminum faced panel both of which expand and contract differently.

Duraco high bond or 3M VHB will work fine. They flex more than enough. The thicker the tape the more the flex...
