Adobe Acrobat 6 HELP

I am using Adobe Acrobat 6.

Can anyone think of a reason that when converting documents to PDF;

example EPS, right click, convert to PDF . . . That the document created

would only be a small portion of the file.

This happens on occasion at random or so it appears to be.

Thanks for any help with this puzzle.

Example attached . . .

It seems like the image is to large for the template size.
I know when the Artboard Setup Size in Illustrator is smaller then the design I get that problem and the same thing with my Border Size on Flexi.
Maybe shrink the image down to fit or make the Artboard larger?

You have to resize it down to an 8½ x 11 other wise it will make it into more pages and only have parts of your image on each page.

I've clicked on and converted EPS files that were,

example : 138"x42" and had them convert to PDF no problem . . .

Seems like it's every so often, one file is rogue and wont convert properly.

I'm stumped !
