Advertising business-much effective?

Hi, last day I read about a mobile vehicle advertising in Toronto. I was so interested in it. Has anyone tried this?
Probably I will start one advertising company.
They offer mobile advertising vehicles from:

-mobile billboard trucks

-mobile display trucks.

-digital billboard trucks.

-food trucks.

What do you think of this? Is it a good one? What is your say on this?

The advantages I came to know about this are as follows:

-Target marketing

-To reach audiences of specific areas.

Anything more to add? Can you share your suggestions regarding starting an advertising business?

Third party mobile advertising is illegal here in our county. You can advertise your own business on your company vehicles but to my knowledge, not anywhere else - unless of course you can afford a city bus ad.
