Advice for cutting 160 Banners and 300 posters monthly

I have several 2'x3' banners and 2'x3' posters that come in regularly - once a month every month. This is a pretty tight turn - 5 work days to produce and ship. I do not feel I can afford to purchase a High End flatbed cutter but wondering if there is a less expensive alternative that may make sense as I am building out Large Format business? Any suggestions?

We do quite a lot of posters and banners and we use a Keencut to cut them down. 160 of each would be no problem until you see the need for the more expensive trimmers or a flatbed cutter. It takes time but it is something anyone in the shop can do.

Thanks for the replies. We use to outsource but hitting color consistently was a problem so we have been forced to bring in house. Not necessarily a bad thing because it is quite a bit of printing when you add up all the other stuff along with those items. I just wanted to see if there was a better way other than cutting manually. For a brief moment I thought maybe a graphtec vinyl cutter would work but the more I think about it - don't think it will. The banners have banner tape (mesh) and are not sewn but they do have grommets and the posters are on a heavy paper but nothing too complicated, I guess nesting properly to allow for minimal cuts would help reduce workload.
