Advice on software

I use Corel and finecut for cutting and a Mimaki printer and plotter.
My question is, what kind of add-on software would work good with this equipment for getting emails cuttable or printable?
EX : A customer is wanting me to do some truck decals for their fleet. He has no file, only a cell phone pic(even worse, it is a crappy pic).
What would be a good software to use for something like that?
I get ALOT of JPEG files, too.
TIA

P.S.
I tried VectorMagic and hated it.

No software that makes crap better. You need to insist clients provide acceptable artwork or charge them to make it right.

You might consider a minimum and go from there. Anyone tells me they charge $1.67 a minute is gonna be held to a 5 minute job or I'll go elsewhere and get one of those on-line guys to do it for $15. a pop.

COREL IS A GOOD START....next you need to learn how to use it......mimaki has a DRIVER SO YOU CAN CUT DIRECT TO IT...... FROM COREL.

I have been in the sign business since I was 14. I have put faces on, made street signs, worked in the silk screen shop and moved up to sales. Just got out of sales when we purchased the digital printer( I would rather be the person doing the work). So, I am fairly new to this. We usually work with gov'ts to make federal spec signs, So, really, this is new to all of us here.
I know how to use Corel. All I had before this purchase was Corel paint. I hated it. I had to self teach myself and it would take forever just to take a background off.
Mimaki DOESNT have a driver to cut directly from Corel. I have to use finecut8.
IDK, maybe you have more knowledge than the manufacturer? I mean, apparently, since you were BORN with professional graphic design knowledge.
But thanks for your useless drivel. Unfortunately, inflation took away your 2 cents long ago
