After blowing fuse black/yellow, half black is firing continuous

I have changed the heads but blown a (black/yellow) fuse,...forgot the power.... after replacing fuse:
Test print gives large black stripes from begin to end from 1 side of the black head.
It begins when the testpattern is starting to print and then the half part of the black printhead keep on firing until it reached its base position.
Like its spraying continously...
Transistors are ok....(and changed them anyway for being sure).
I ordered new A/D converter chips to see if this could be the problem...

Has anybody seen or had the same problem?
If so what did you do to solve this?

check or replace the head cable.

Just did...no change

It can be print head.
But also check the contact on the flat cable on the PH boards.
