Agfa Anapurna M - System Error: Position (Encoder)

Just wondering if anyone could shed any light on this system error.

System error Position (Encoder)

Is this the sensor being bad or the strip? the strip is in bad condition so i was thinking this might be the problem and would need replacing.

Could this be the cause of it printing so bad? it looks almost like it doesn't know were its last been

Your encoder looks blown away. I would replace it for sure.
