Agfa Anapurna M4F - Service tech support needed near St. Louis MO

Looking for someone to service an Agfa Anapurna M4F printer. If you are interested please reply to this thread. Has two problems: 1) System Error E-1 Servo Encoder, Carriage does not move at all 2) Magenta printhead does not seem to have power (no LEDs lit up).

Trying to start up after sitting idle. Changed hoses, ink, had printheads professionally cleaned etc.

Ok, decided to cough up the cash and pay for Agfa service tech to visit. Haven't seen the final bill yet, but cost will be $1,500 show up fee + $300 per hour. Tech said charge will be 8.5 hours. Just over $4k for the service visit. E1 Encoder error turned out to be caused by a loose wire in a connector on the sub PCB. (control board that is located under the conveyor in the framework of the machine). Once that was addressed, then the lack of power to the printhead appeared to be due to an inkoverflow in the ink subtank to overflow tank. Tech was very competent and helpful. However, still not running due to clogged heads. Ordered 3 new heads from DigiPrint Supplies at $800 each. All in for the day ~ $6,500...... (in the wrong direction) : (
