Need Help AGFA ANAPURNA Mw replace printer head

We tried to replace AGFA Anapurna Mw magenta head and got new head (KM512MN) from digiprint. Following the instruction we installed the head on and changed (Magenta only) the head voltage setting and calibrate the voltage from the PCB(tp1-3 tp4-6 for high and tp2-3 tp5-6 for low) to the setting value(set the low voltage is half value of the high value) . But when we do the next steps, only lightmagenta and lightcyan head fired out the inks , the rest do not work. what is the reason? Thanks

Check the cables and start to reseat everything. Make sure you didn't knock anything out of place.
