Agfa Anapurna MW - System Error - No Alarm

Hello,
I have a glatbed UV printer Agfa Anapurna MW which show me on the sceen " System Error" and no other information as Alarm code on servo drive or Error code.

Vacuum is working, the head carriage moves on servo drive manual comand. Purge is also working.

I need the service manual or instruction how can I check where is the problem. Is there a service menu hidden or something? At least the entire diagram of the machine.

Nothing hidden anywhere....Agfa makes you call them for support. Might be worth the $150 US to get on the phone with them to troubleshoot it. Have you rebooted the entire machine? Turn the computer and printer off with normal methods...then turn off the MAIN supply. Wait 30 seconds and turn it back on. Bring your machine up normally from there and see what happens. There could be some glitch in the printer side that needs to be reset only with a full power off. We have to do that on our Anapurna 2500 once in a while.

I solved it. It was SMPS#9 causing the problem.

tengo anapurna mw y salio un mensaje de SYSTEM ERROR LCD & Key Comm. Fail no se como solucionarlo

I'm not an Agfa specialist but check the connection between the LCD display/keyboard and the electronic board. It may be a damaged cable, board or display/keyboard.
