Air in ink feed lines

So I got a new printhead and installed it. The 5106 error's gone. I just noticed that the ink lines have air in them when the printheads are parked to the right. Is there suppose to be air in the lines? If not, how do I prime them?

I just ran a built-in test print and the yellow line's full. Perhaps I just need to run a few prints through?

I finally got through to tech support and they said the same thing. I have various syringes here and was able to pull the ink through no probs.
