You can get optically clear double sided mounting adhesive as well as a double sided non adhesive PET type material. You print both sides of the graphics, then mount the adhesive like an overlaminate.

When the job is beyond my scope or capabilities I always call Gregory.
Gregory was the 3m converter a long time ago, but they still make their house brand, trendfilm.
They also do large and small printing runs at a very reasonable price.
I have subbed out large print jobs to them for close to 30 years.
