If you want long lasting exterior signs at those sizes, I'd use the .080 and powder coat them. Most white acm panels painted from the factory don't use a very good paint. Most of them will start to chalk after a few years.

Nix on the reflective if they won't be viewed by vehicles.

So for these garden signs , sizes range from 15 x 12 , 24 x 13 48 x30 72 x 36 and 24 x12 they are going to drill their own holes and they haven't decided where they are being post if on fence or on posts etc. You would or wouldn't use 3m Aluminum Composite Panel- Solid Core- Alupanel ( .30mm aluminium sheets sandwiched with polyethylene core) in windy areas- Here in Chicago we get windy days -
Yes, free standing or attached to a post the wind can bend these. I would use 080 Aluminum or 1/2' MDO Plywood as a base in this case
